Return and Exchange

We want you to love your LUNE clothing as much as we loved making it. If something isn't quite right, we've made our return and exchange process as simple as possible.

Key Points

  1. Hassle-free returns within 7 days; specific conditions apply based on products and promotions.
  2. Refunds: Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method, COD orders can be refunded as wallet credits or directly to a UPI ID of your choice.
  3. Damaged/Defective items: Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and invoice must be intact and included.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products, innerwear, or swimwear)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
